Daily communication between service writer and shop foreman to determine scheduled work and deadlines.
- Scheduling appointments with customers and completing work orders in a timely manner.
- Managing customer unit pick ups and deliveries.
- Updating customers regarding status of unit in for repair such as parts delays, labour adjustments and completion of work.
- Assist with warranty claims.
- Follow up with customers regarding units that have not been picked up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7E 4X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
