Successful applicants will start as a barista with a passion for specialty coffee, has exceptional customer service and is willing to go above and beyond with the hopes to eventually play a larger role in the company and the coffee industry.

**EXPERIENCE**

We do hold our minimum requirements which we request from all our applicants very seriously to ensure that we can continuously and consistently provide the highest quality products possible.

Minimum requirements will include a barista certification and overall extensive experience in the coffee industry. However, we will still keep your data on file for future consideration once you have met the minimum requirements we need.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Understand the difference between specialty coffee and commercial coffee.
- Must have a good understanding of coffee extraction, coffee grinding, milk steaming technique, and must be able to do basic latte art.
- Must have a good understanding of pour over
- Must be comfortable with speaking with customers and recommending the right products based on their preferences.

**DUTIES**
- Preparing drinks at the highest standard
- Taking payments
- Maintaining extremely high standard of cleanliness and customer service
- Inventory counts

**APPLICATION**
- Must submit an one-page resume

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-20 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
