Cleaning Technician

Québec, Canada Simple VA Full time

Responsibilities:

- Perform exterior home cleaning tasks including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and possible gutter installation
- Clean exterior and interior windows using various cleaning solutions and techniques
- Providing good customer services
- Follow company guidelines and safety protocol
- Keeping the work area clean and organized at all times
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Perform other cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Driver license with a car an assist
- Work well as individuals and within a team
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual English and French
- Enjoy working outdoors and able to lift a minimum of 50lbs (ladder; equipment etc)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Not afraid of heights
- Punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
