**Job Title**
Repo Collateral Support, Team Lead
**What will you do?**
- Monitor and escalate unmatched/mismatched deals for RBC, DOT, JPM, GCF, SZV triparty throughout the day
- Report and oversee liquidity expectations throughout the day to ensure coverage for unwind and facilitate intraday funding where necessary
- Supervise repo margin calls for DSIN and RBCT entities, resolve any downstream trade flow breaks
- Monitor exposure and execute margin calls for single entity margin counterparts as well as central book counterparts
- Escalate and resolve any margin disputes with assistance of repo desk in a timely manner
- Provide support and coaching for fellow team members
**What you need to succeed?**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- BNY Accessedge, Nexen, DTC, CDS
