We are looking for a motivated Client Experience Supervisor to join our team at Les Promenades Gatineau. Reporting directly to the Assistant Property manager, this position will be responsible of giving support and supervising the Client Services team while giving an exceptional service to our tenants and visitors, If you would like to form part of a one of a kind team in a retail environment which is known for its innovation, here is your opportunity.

The chosen individual will be a key team member engaged in a company which values the development of its staff members. We are proud of being leaders in our domain and consider that each interaction with our clients and tenants are essential.
As a valued team member you will be responsible of (including but not limited to):
Direct supervision of the client experience team.
Relationship with the clients as well as interacting with costumers to increase their satisfaction when shopping in the mall.
Answering any comments either personally or digitally from our clients or tenants.
Schedules for the team members of the area.
Ensuring the protocols are followed by the area.
Supervising the usage of the different system Oxford properties uses to communicate to tenants and clients.
Identifying areas of opportunities and giving feedback to management.
Respect and enforce standards and norms established by the company.

Redacting letters.
Any other request from management related to the job.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
1-2 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
Experience in the retail industry or hospitality
Knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Show leadership experience and team player.
Must be bilingual (French and English), additional languages are a plus.
Working hours will depend on the needs of the center. Depending on the needs, weekends and weekdays will be applicable as working days.
