As the Product Manager for our client and broker portal, you are responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of users and the Westland and Agile business models and translating those needs into features that positively impact the business. You use your excellent communication and collaboration skills in making tough decisions and getting everyone on the same page when it comes to finding the right balance between client experience, technology, and business goals. You understand the various perspectives in the development process, including the needs of the user, capabilities of the vendor and developers, the vision of the business stakeholders, and where the products (client and broker portal) stand in the market from a competitive standpoint.

**Once here, you'll**:

- Leads the development, strategy and delivery of products, features and fixes for web platforms including the broker portal and client portal, including planning/roadmaps, scheduling and backlog management, status reporting, risk and issues management, scope management, business stakeholder management and transition to operations / service teams
- Perform market and client research, analysis, planning, and facilitating activities as required in support of developing and improving our web platforms. This can include responsibilities such as monitoring web analytics, recordings and client feedback, performing gap analysis on processes, data, customer journeys, business requirements and technology capabilities as well as interviewing, observing, job shadowing, and conducting research to better understand client and broker needs and industry trends to ensure our platforms remain innovative and competitive in the market
- Act as a point person for any questions, concerns or issues that arise related to the client portal and broker portal
- Support training and communication for internal and external stakeholders including support model development, team training and marketing strategies
- Create appropriate documentation/deliverables including product roadmaps, flow charts, presentations, reports, workflow diagrams, spreadsheets, journey maps, etc.
- Utilize project management processes, tools and templates that align with Westland standards and practices
- Use appropriate tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Google Analytics, Excel, SharePoint, SmartSheets, etc.) to support the design process, monitor performance, stay organized and report on work progress
- Oversee the work of vendors and vendor resources
- Proactively identify impacts on other projects and programs, with an eye for mitigating resource constraints, client service impacts, and technology conflicts
- Develop effective, respectful, and collaborative relationships with team members as well as internal and external partners
- Collaborate with teams
- Communicate effectively and manage feature expectations with all stakeholders ensuring that presentations and communications materials are appropriate for the respective audiences, including regular project reporting
