We are looking for supportive **Server Assistants **to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Saint St Grill
**As a Server Assistant, you will**:
- **Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. **By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
- **Create authentic connections in every interaction. **Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- **Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- **Adapt to any situation with ease. **Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.

- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- The ability to legally work in Canada.
- Serving it right certificate
- 1 year minimum previous experience in restaurant environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
