**The Manufacturing Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing processes through BOM data entry and verification, coordinating Sales forecasts with Manufacturing schedules, and assisting Operations leadership with the input of Work Orders and developing effective production schedules.**

**This role is best suited to a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.**
- **Duties**:_
- Work with team to coordinate the sales/production schedule for maximum efficiencies.
- Verify accuracy of Orders within the IQMS ERP system.
- Create, verify, & maintain Bills of Materials within the ERP system based on validated drawings and/or internal documentation.
- Enter, track, and assist with documenting production processes and/or engineering updates.
- Analyze results of BOM validations to determine accuracy of data.
- Looks for and communicates potential improvements to maintain BOM accuracy, and with production schedule to meet production completion dates.
- Liaise with Sales, Project Management, Purchasing and Production to determine if there are any errors or improved methods for forecasting, scheduling, or manufacturing.
- **Skills/Qualifications**:_
- Knowledge of DelmiaWorks IQMS or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing BOMs, part numbers, routings, and ERP systems.
- Experience creating, validating & maintaining Bills of Materials is an asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma, preferably related to Business Operations, Technology, or Engineering.
- Able to work on several projects at different levels of priority with multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and outside one's own work group.
- Action oriented with a desire to resolve problems quickly.
- Demonstrated interest to ensure the quality of data entry and the accuracy of databases.
- Experience with process optimization is an asset.

**The job location for this position is primarily at our Niverville, MB. facility with travel to our Cartwright facility required regularly. Travel expenses for work are covered.**

**Salary**: $24.50-$34.50 per hour
