The College is seeking an hourly paid professor to join a dynamic team to teach a non-credited course within Continuing Education in the Fall of 2023.

**999-002-04 (00001) English as a Second Language Intermediate 1 Level - 40 hours - Offered onsite **at the main campus **located at 325 De La Cité-des-jeunes Boulevard, Gatineau, QC, Canada J8Y 6T3**: This 40-hour intermediate 1 conversation course builds on the language skills acquired at the beginner level.
- Students will expand their knowledge of grammar and vocabulary for everyday interaction and will learn the language skills necessary for a wider range of contexts. Students will be guided through a theme-based curriculum that presents them with a variety of common, useful language points, which they will practice through fun, interactive activities that focus on listening and speaking skills.**Start Date**:September 12, 2023

- ROLE SUMMARY
- In a general way, the professor's teaching load shall include: preparation and production of course, delivery of training, production and delivery of all training documents, adaptation of training to clients' needs, objectives and desired learning outcomes.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- A combination of relevant diplomas or certifications in a related field, and a combination of industry experience related to the courses being taught.
- A Bachelor's degree is not required, but would be considered an asset.
- Experience teaching adult learners would also be considered an asset.
