**In your role, you will**:
**Technical Writer Service Bulletins**
- Elaborate, write and/or revise in-service modification procedures called Service Bulletins (SB) using specific Engineering source data.
- Research applicable specifications.
- Prepare lists of parts and materials based on the engineering package.
- Make sure work packages are technically validated and accurate.
- Create or revise the part(s) condition of supply document.
- Support the Service Bulletin proof installation/validation, as required.
- Initiate new or revised illustrations with the appropriate group.
- Provide support to both external and internal customers.
- May review packages of others, prioritize, and distribute workload and attend key program meetings.
- You have a college diploma in Aviation (Is there such a thing? Aeronautics/Aerospace perhaps?), Aircraft Maintenance experience or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a technical writer or five (5) years of technical experience related to aircraft.
- You can work with minimum supervision in a Hybrid work environment.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and good command of the French language, written and spoken. Working knowledge of Simplified English, writing policies and procedures.
- Working experience in reading and understanding engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and in-service maintenance manuals/publications.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- You have good knowledge of SGML/XML authoring (ArborText Adept Editor or Adobe FrameMaker)
- You are detail oriented.
- Being capable to interact well in a team.
- Capable of working with time sensitive issues
