**Compensation**:
$65,000 - $80,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform drywall taping and finishing tasks, including mudding, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
- Repair and patch damaged drywall as required
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets accurately and efficiently
- Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and free of imperfections
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with the construction team in other general construction tasks outside of drywall/taping and finishing to ensure project deadlines are met

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall taping and finishing work
- Comfortable doing other aspects of residential construction with training, guidance, and supervision
- Solid knowledge and expertise in residential construction practices
- Proficiency in operating relevant tools and equipment, including trowels, sanders, and mud pans
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders
