Salon Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist salon stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair
- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their salon experience
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Assist with maintaining social media content as needed - recording and capturing client experiences and day to day operations.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's appointment book
- Process retail sales and upsell salon products to clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is preferred atleast 1 year
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and products is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
