Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a cook. As a cook, you will play a crucial role in the food service industry, assisting with food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. **Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is cooked and served at the appropriate temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
