We are seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will keep you busy in the kitchen where you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of food production and service operations. You will work closely with our chefs and suppliers to ensure a seamless execution of our daily operations.

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and coordinate daily and weekly operations, including the planning of delivery schedules;
- Complete defined production schedule as assigned by Team-Lead, or Manager.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
- Ability to keep Inventory control, ensuring stock of supplies working in close coordination with other departments.
- Manage production to cope with last-minute changes due to flights modifications
- Ensure proper and timely recording of activities, report any unsanitary practice / unsafe condition
- Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the required menu/line of assembly
- Set up equipment, maintain clean workstation, ensure sanitation before/after shift
- When need it, assist in the assembly of airline meals and “trays” containing food and food related items following a predetermined standard packaging / storing based on safety requirements
- Other duties might be assigned depending on operational needs.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

PROFILE
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills.
- English and French language preferred.

*Description du poste*

Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de production dévoué(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce poste vous tiendra occupé dans la cuisine où vous jouerez un rôle crucial en supervisant tous les aspects de la production alimentaire et des opérations de service. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos chefs et nos fournisseurs afin d'assurer une exécution sans faille de nos opérations quotidiennes.

*Responsabilités*
- Gérer et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes et hebdomadaires, y compris la planification des horaires de livraison ;
- Réaliser le programme de production défini par le chef d'équipe ou le directeur.
- Vous vous assurez de l'exactitude des commandes et des documents d'expédition.
- Capacité à contrôler les stocks, à assurer l'approvisionnement en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements.
- Gérer la production pour faire face aux changements de dernière minute dus aux modifications des vols.
- Assurer un enregistrement correct et opportun des activités, signaler toute pratique insalubre/condition dangereuse.
- Avoir la capacité de démontrer une compréhension complète du menu/de la ligne d'assemblage requis.
- Installer l'équipement, maintenir le poste de travail propre, veiller à l'hygiène avant/après le service.
- Le cas échéant, participer à l'assemblage des repas et des « plateaux » des compagnies aériennes contenant des denrées alimentaires et des articles connexes en suivant une norme prédéterminée d'emballage/de stockage fondée sur les exigences de sécurité.
