**Position: Warehouse Manager**

**Position Summary**:
The Warehouse Manager will bring expertise in ERP systems with specific mastering of inventory management, material management, yard management, and logistic execution (NetSuite experience a plus). This individual is responsible for all goods received and allocated to each and every project. Warehouse Manager is accountable for the proper handling of our rental equipment as well as our finished client based projects. This individual is also responsible for long term planning as well as daily tactical execution ad adherence to SOP's and Inventory protocols. Ability to assist in pick pack, shipping and receiving operations during short staff situations, be a team player and demonstrate leadership is a must.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, Third Party Logistics (3PL), or a similar environment.
- Leads strategic projects and assignments under the direction of the General Manager and is involved in driving continuous improvement efforts
- Responsible for the warehouse operations execution plan, including the consideration of constraints and product/process flow
- Effectively manages their department's budget goals and works to find innovative ways to reduce costs
- Responsible for the overall people strategy of the department, including full cycle management of staff with the assistance of HR as appropriate
- Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
- Previous experience leading multiple teams
- Communicates with honesty and kindness, and fosters an environment that encourages others to do the same
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse, including: receiving, put away, transfers, restock and conversion.
- Accountable for ensuring that all projects are documented according to policy.
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled client service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Equipment experience **preferred.**

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
