Dispatcher - Local

- **We are currently seeking a motivated, highly organized Local Dispatcher that will dispatch and communicate with our local drivers and arrange pick ups and deliveries throughout South Western Ontario.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily dispatch of 10 - 12 local drivers
- Planning and arranging daily pickups / deliveries
- Resolving service and delivery issues
- Reviewing dispatch plan constantly to ensure deliveries / pickups are on time
- Entering data / orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Arranging appointments and scheduling loads with customer base

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Good-time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong geographic knowledge of South Western Ontario
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full time Monday to Friday day shift

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- dispatching: 2 years (preferred)
