We are looking for a Beauty Expert - Toronto / Brampton

**The role**:
The Beauty Expert is an Ambassador of the Clarins brand. The individual is responsible to achieve sales targets while conducting personalized consultations and providing excellent customer service in line with the Clarins values.

**What you’ll do**:

- Achieve daily target sales by recommending and selling Clarins products in line with customer requirements.
- Use initiative to create activity and traffic during events (i.e. actively recruiting customers).
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our store partners.
- Contribute to the success of product launches, in-store events and seasonal focuses.
- Participate in all training seminars and other required meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Confirm your presence for the scheduled store at least 48hrs prior to the shift.
- Confirm your hours worked and enter your sales in Dayforce at the end of your shift (making sure everything is validated by Sunday at midnight at the latest).
- Demonstrate punctuality (be prepared to be on the floor on time).
- Always respect your allocated hours as per your schedule.
- Respect the deadline to submit Km or parking expenses via Concur.
- Communicate daily sales results while highlighting any successes and opportunities to the concerned Account Executive and Regional.
- Respect protocol for specific promotional activities and special events.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers, recommend appropriate products and refer to the push list to avoid returns.
- Be aware of slow-moving products and promote them.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and presentation at all times while respecting the Clarins guidelines.
- Must respect store policy in terms of security, customer service, scheduling, etc.
- Must bring appropriate tools to stores (banners, make-up case, etc.).
- Must be E-Pro certified within 15 days of start date and complete monthly modules with success.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our store partners (i.e. Counter Managers, Line Captains, Beauty Boutique Managers, Cosmetic Managers.
- Open to be part of our social media initiatives.
- In case of sickness, inform your Account Executive before 9:00 am and also inform the store.

**You have**:

- Beauty-related experience and/or retail experience;
- Passion and curiosity for beauty and sales driven;
- Engaging and extraverted personality;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written);
- Good digital skills;
- Customer focused and team-player;
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn;
- Self-awareness with good emotional intelligence and control;
- Positive attitude and integrity;
- Flexible availabilities;
- Great time management skills and punctuality;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
