**The Role**

Claystone Waste Ltd. is an exemplary employer and has been ranked as a Top 75 Alberta employer for 5 years in a row. As Client Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development Manager to ensure excellent service and growth with all accounts.

Client Solutions key responsibilities will include:

- understanding of the waste management market and how CWL can service those markets (including wastes that CWL can/cannot accept)
- Timely follow up on RFQ’s and calling back customers to validate requests
- Work with the BDM, developing proposals, quotes and presentations to secure new business tailored to customers’ needs and CWL guidelines
- responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them
- Checking websites for municipal, provincial and federal RFQ in the waste management market
- Keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace including new entries, mergers, acquisitions
- Ensure customers queries/complaints are handled timely and efficiently, providing information to customers on CWL policies for waste handling
- Maintain brand related tasks including website and social media platforms
- Assist in tradeshows/sponsored events to promote CWL - some travel required
- Report sales metrics to BDM and Management team
