About High Ties Cannabis:
High Ties is a local, independently owned cannabis retail dispensary that offers an elevated experience for our guests. Our priority is connecting with guests and helping them find the perfect product for their intended experience.

High Ties Cannabis Store provides a safe shopping environment, featuring knowledgeable budtenders who answer burning questions and share their understanding, and passion for cannabis.

We are looking for individuals to create a personable experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and finding our guests the best suited items.

We need individuals that have high understanding of the current responsibilities involved by being employed by a legal dispensary. It is to the importance to uphold the cannabis regulations.

If you are a cannabis savvy and love to share your passion with others, this might be your call.

Support with inventory management and practice proper procedures to ensure customers have access to the right product

Follow all company training and operational standards and procedures (education, merchandising, cleanliness, security, checklists etc.)

Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility

Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement

Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Successfully drive sales and customer experience by educating on the brand and products.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
