The Stacks Solutions team is searching for an individual with exceptional technical expertise and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with internal team members, partners, and customers to achieve successful outcomes. As a Web Design & Implementation specialist, your top priority is to ensure the smooth execution of web design, implementation, and deployment tasks, supporting both implementation and support teams in the customer life cycle. Your role involves translating design concepts into functional websites, ensuring seamless user experience and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in web design and attention to detail matter most, as you contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of websites that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.

**What you’ll do**
- Collaborate with Developers, the Implementation team, Customer Support, and customers to understand and fulfill design requests.
- Develop and implement web design solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and adherence to design standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve web design and implementation-related issues.
- Stay updated on emerging web design trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, guidelines, and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and deliver high-quality web design deliverables.

**About You**
- Strong proficiency in web development languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, along with a deep understanding of responsive design and overall web design principles
- Excellent grasp of web browser support and features, enabling seamless work within their capabilities
- Knowledge of UX design practices to craft intuitive and user-friendly web interfaces
- Possession of a robust technical acumen and a proven track record of effective troubleshooting
- Ability to provide support to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge, adapting communication to meet their specific needs

**What sets you apart**
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Stacks
- Previous experience implementing and maintaining websites
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers
