Asphalt Superintendent

Basin Contracting Limited, based in Elmsdale, is an established company servicing the road building and heavy construction industry. We have 38 years experience providing quality products and services to government and private customers throughout Nova Scotia.
- Supervision of construction crews
- Coordination with Supervisors for scheduling, equipment and materials
- Communication with Engineers, Inspectors and Customers
- On site quality control

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Knowledge of asphalt and aggregate quality control as well as NSTIR and Municipal specifications an asset
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience as a Superintendent is a definite asset
- Other duties as assigned
