Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Complete projects within specified timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Must have own vehicle and tools to go to various jobsites.
- Job will primarily be Second Stage Painting (touch-up painter) prior to possesion of new homes for various homebuilders throughout the city of Edmonton and surrounding areas which requires (filling nail holes, caulking and painting baseboards and going through entire homes and addressing paint deficiencies and trade damage with repairing and painting of areas, trims, doors or walls as required)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Painter in the construction or residential painting industry is required
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools related to painting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
