**Job Scope**:Individuals in this role will manage all aspects of one of our storage facilities. A true customer service role, this employee is hands-on, enjoys working with a variety of customers and takes pride in providing great service. This position is a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking for a secure long term role that can also provide them with the potential for career advancement.

**Tasks**:

- **Customer Service**:Make customers feel at home by providing them with welcoming environment for their storage needs
- **Sales**: Assist reservation and walk-in customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
- **Maintenance**:Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in good working order.
- **Admin**:Prepare deposits & balance cash drawer and other required duties

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales, customer service, etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (E-mail, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Bilingual
- Able to work independently

**Description du travail **:Les personnes occupant ce poste géreront tous les aspects de l'une de nos installations d'entreposage. Il s'agit d'un vrai poste de service à la clientèle, où l'employé est actif, aime travailler avec une variété de clients et est fier de fournir un excellent service. Ce poste est une merveilleuse opportunité pour les personnes à la recherche d'un rôle sûr à long terme qui peut également leur fournir un potentiel de progression de carrière.

**Tâches**:

- **Service à la clientèle **:Faire en sorte que les clients se sentent chez eux en leur offrant un environnement accueillant pour leurs besoins d'entreposage.
- **Ventes**: Aider les clients qui réservent et ceux qui viennent en personne à trouver les meilleures solutions pour leurs besoins.
- **Entretien**: S'assurer que le site est propre, sain et en bon état de fonctionnement.
- **Administration** :Préparer les dépôts, équilibrer le tiroir-caisse et autres tâches requises.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience dans la vente au détail, le service à la clientèle, etc.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
- Connaissances de base en informatique (courrier électronique, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bilingue
- Capable de travailler de manière indépendante

Compte tenu de la nature du site, une rémunération additionnelle sera proposée.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
