We have 4 store locations, a Distribution Center and Head Office. Our stores have a wide selection of national brands with the latest products in the market. We proudly serve a broad spectrum of clients from the Contractor, Trades and Industrial users. We take pride in serving their needs. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Sales oriented, must have the ability to develop relationship with customers and supplier representatives.
- Continually strive to gain applicable tool knowledge.
- Must propose sales opportunities to his manager for customers’ needs and what they ask for.
- Take part of the daily walks on the floor with manager to assure all standards are followed (In stock, price and promotions are tagged properly and assure cleanliness for customers)
- Act like a coach to train and coach sales partners to improve team knowledge
- Have to go through tool type reports of the area to assure compliance and sales oriented
- Easy to work with and collaborative with head office and other stores to facilitate efficient communication
- Do benchmark to stay ahead of the competition.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 3 years in retail environment
- Minimum 3 years in the tool industry or other industry related to tooling
- Must have delivered concrete results in sales
- Must have delivered concrete results in terms of sales growth and profitability
- Must have the ability to work in an organized manner, have a work ethic where judgment, logical reasoning and initiative are advocated and used daily
- Must have a vast product knowledge and have the ability to transmit it to his team if not use it backwards in a sales context with major accounts
- Must have act like a trainer, coach, or mentor
- Must know how to counter theft and prevent it
- Must be able to adapt to changes, delays and unforeseen events in a positive and professional manner
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Excellent business knowledge
- Ability to bring the team together towards a common goal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop business relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability and thirst for continuous learning and ability to transmit the knowledge acquired to his team
- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Training in sales is considered as an asset
- Must have a valid driver's license.
This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, the 5-day work week includes 2 days off per week, Sunday (closed) and one day during the week. One full weekend off each 6 weeks.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
