**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assist in Avionics Installations**: Work alongside experienced avionics technicians to install, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems on a variety of aircraft.
- **Conduct System Testing**: Participate in the testing and validation of avionics systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation procedures, testing results, and any adjustments made to avionics systems.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with the avionics team to contribute ideas, solve problems, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Learn and Adapt**: Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to avionics systems.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or certifications in avionics, electronics, or a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of avionics systems, electronics, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment is advantageous.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

**Salary**: From $26.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
