Job Duties

1. On time planning/scheduling of the necessary loading space for the loads in agreement with the carriers. Ensuring loads and transport are efficiently planned.

2. Responding to customer enquiries, providing quotations and keeping them updated as to the progress of deliveries.

3. Reviewing routes and suppliers to ensure transport is planned cost effectively and to maximize profitability.

4. Providing the delivery documents for shipping and carriers, print outs of the documents happen in the plant/shipping department and also posted goods and dispatching the loads.

5. Daily coordination of loads with warehouse and customer service.

6. Responsible for communication with 3PL/carriers and uploading carrier information.

7. Internal communication with customer service department, 3PL, warehouse, dispatchers and shunter when there is any kind of disruption of internal or external shipping process

8. Establishes and maintains good working relationships and communication with clients, department managers, internal and external leads;

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
