**Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada and be located in New Brunswick to be considered for this role.**

**What you’ll bring to our banquet team**:

- Set up the event space according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
- Lift up to 80 lbs and walk long distances over the course of a shift
- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Work safely and understand the proper set up, tear down and storage of all equipment
- Anticipate event needs and actively listen and respond positively to the direction of the Event Managers and Supervisors
- Lead team by example to exhibit, encourage and motivate the Fredericton Inn Values & Beliefs
- Complete all duties assigned to you in timely manner
- Communicate with other departments to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations
- **TEAM PLAYERS.** You like helping others and have a passion for the work you do.
- **FOCUSED. **You’re a detailed oriented person, who enjoys completing tasks in a timely professional manner.
- **STRONG. **You're able to lift up to 80 lbs You can also walk long distances and be on your feet for an entire shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: From $13.00 per hour
