We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the following opportunity in our Toronto office.

Data Entry & Accounts Receivable Administrator (Multi-National)

The Data Entry & Accounts Receivable Administrator is a critical member of the Multi-National Surety Team, maintaining accurate database for our growing team of Underwriting Support Specialists across Canada and across the US.

- Exceptional working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
- Proactively verifying data for accuracy
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Retrieving data for team members upon request
- Generate monthly Accounts Receivable report, review and assist in collection

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years business experience
- Experience with Data Entry and routine processing of accounting data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
