Backhoe Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate backhoe equipment to perform snow removal of parking lots at various locations
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on the backhoe to ensure its proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a backhoe operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of backhoe equipment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- flexible availability for being on call, and must be reliable
- able to work and operate in severe weather
