Title Business Systems Analyst

Reports to Senior Solutions Consultant

General Description:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the business systems implementation including planning, requirements gathering/definition, testing, execution and implementation as well as assisting in implementation of upgrades and enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings and training sessions, online or in person as well as group sessions.
- Be the 1st Level point of contact for the business systems technical support questions and issues.
- Create and update user manuals and other end-user training material to aid in continuous learning.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years in supporting systems implementation and/or IT project coordinator experience is required.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL database, SSRS reporting server and other reporting/automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience in managing expectations and working in a multi-user/multi-division environment.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with users, management, and project teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for online meetings.
