**Duties**:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare prescription orders by counting, pouring, and labeling medications
- Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient profiles and confidential records
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to pharmacy regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, drug names, and dosage forms
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
