Boatyard Technician

**MENZIES MARINE BOATYARD**

Located only minutes from Campbell River on the beautiful east coast of Vancouver Island, Menzies Marine is a full-service boatyard featuring vessel haul-out capacity up to 150 tons and working room for 10 vessels. With a commercial vessel focus, Menzies Marine is a newly created division of Campbell River Marine Terminal Ltd. and is set for future growth.

**BOATYARD TECHNICIAN**
Reporting to the Boatyard Manager, boatyard personnel will possess the necessary skills to support this full-service enterprise.

If you are mechanically mined, know what it takes to pull propellers, shafts, rudder stocks, re-pack packing glands and do engine alignment, and paint a boat, then we’d love to speak with you.

Your success in this position will result from a strong understanding of marine based work, and your ability and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done through your own efforts and working with a team. Trade qualification and marine travel lift operation experience is an asset.

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
