RESPONSIBILITES:

- Assisting the lead psychometrician in the administration of the cognitive assessment of the various projects in the TRIAD cohort
- Preparation of documents for Study patient, ensuring that all is ready before patient arrives to their scheduled visit
- Responsible for contacting participants and scheduling of appointments (ensuring that clinic room is available)
- Filling and updating all participants charts on a daily basis (all charts have to be locked up on a daily basis)
- Management of recruitment and enrolment database
- Confirming all of the patients’ appointments one day prior to appointment
- Work with excel, create spreadsheets, filecabinet (in house program)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bilingual in French and English (Spoken and Written)
- Must be proficient word and excel
- Detail oriented
- Meet deadlines
- Team player
- Takes initiative
- Baccalaureate in neuroscience, psychology or related field is a bonus
- Experience with elderly population is a bonus

N.B.**:Due to Covid-19, employees are currently working remotely. Gradual integration back into the work place will occur with every precaution taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees.**

Start date: As soon as possible

Work hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour break for lunch (35 hours/week)

Over time: To be authorized by your supervisor (J. Stevenson and N. Poltronetti)

**Salary**: To be discussed and based on experience
