**Position Details**:

- What you will do:
- Facilitate content development across multiple channels that align with strategic objectives and priorities.
- Guide the content development process between Creative Services, Digital and Product Marketing teams.
- Manage the editorial and content calendar with department and agency stakeholders
- Work on a content strategy that ensures informative, relevant and entertaining content is delivered
- Develop a strong content practice, brand tone and a consistent content experience.
- Partner with agencies and the digital marketing team to recommend approaches for all CAA content channels.
- Work with the brand marketing manager to communicate the content strategy to relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensure that the brand playbook meets the needs of the content strategy and the tone and voice support and aligns across the business
- Review data from social listening tools and native platform analytics for top-line insights
- Analyze the performance of initiatives, propose and implement recommendations.
- Work with our creative services team to collaborate on new approaches to create compelling and informative content.

Who You Are:

- University or College degree - preferably in media studies, journalism, marketing
- Minimum three years of relevant marketing or journalism experience
- Excellent knowledge of digital content platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters)
- An understanding of AODA standards.
- A comprehensive understanding of social media
- Experience with content tagging or personalization is a bonus.
- Relevant agency, media or independent blogging experience is considered an asset
- Deeply curious and resourceful
- Collaborative and ability to build followership
