EXIGENCES OBLIGATOIRE:
MIMINUM - 5 ans d'expérience ou plus sur tour conventionel

CAPACITÉ DE COMMUNIQUER EN FRANÇAIS ET EN ANGLAIS VERBALEMENT ET PAR ÉCRIT.
doit être capable de travailler et d'interpréter des plans (dessin, croquis)

COMPÉTENCES NÉCESSAIRES:

- être capable de remachiner
- être capable de centre pieces avec un mandrin a 4 manchoirs
- être capable de Vérifier les dimensions précise des pièces usinées à l'aide d'instruments de mesure (ex: micromètres, verniers, calipers)
- Mettre en place et ajuster les machines / outils de production
- Capacité de concevoir et de fabriquer des équipements personnalisés nécessaires pour réusiner les pièces (JIGS etc..)
- Savoir sélectionner et affûter des outils selon les matériaux utilisés
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes

Heures du lundi au jeudi 7:30 à 4:30 pm, vendredi 7:30 à 3:00 pm

- POSITION AVAILABLE - Conventional machinist, located St-Laurent, Qc.,

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum - 5 years of experience or more operating conventional lathe

CANDICATE MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH ORALLY AND IN WRITING.
must be able to work and interpret plans (drawings, sketches).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- skilled in remachining
- skilled in centering part with 4 jaw chuck
- Ability to check precise dimensions of the machined parts using measuring instruments
(e.g. micrometers, verniers, calipers)
- Set up and adjust production machines / tools
- Ability to design and manufacture custom equipment required to remachine parts (JIGS etc..)
- Know how to select and sharpen tools according to the materials used
- Perform other related tasks
