Many of our items cater to a variety of eating lifestyles including gluten-safe, vegan, dairy-free options with nutrient-density being the focus of everything we serve. We also aim to equip and educate our customers to help them create healthy eating habits for life.

We are looking for 1 self-motivated, reliable and ambitious change-maker who has a love and passion for healthy foods, customer experiences & thrives on being a team player. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who will embrace this role to grow the market so it can serve as a platform to inspire healthy eating in our community.

Educational background/experience in Culinary or Nutrition would be considered an asset Some evenings and weekends required.

**Market Leadership**
- Assist with staff training, team onboarding, supervision and quality control
- Complete production records to include waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages by making proper adjustment that are in line with supporting the long term growth for _Love’s _
- Create and communicate a 2-week schedule to all team members
- You will play a key role in the sustainable success of the curated market; this includes but is not limited to working with partners for menu preparation and consistency, inventory management, supplier partnerships, point of sale system, opening/closing of the market and financial end of day for deposits.
- Partnership development and management of partner relationships to supply market - sourcing curated local/nutrient-dense/speciality items to retail at market
- Increasing revenue + adding additional revenue streams + traffic to market

**Healthy Recipes, Guest Service & Education**
- Specialized development of key items - test and perfect new, healthy recipes working alongside partners prior to sharing them with customers (Grab and go meals, smoothies etc)
- Shop/source groceries and ingredients when required
- Work with naturopath’s recommendations to source supplements/items that can be retailed in the market
- Prepare various items and serve guests with a smile and educating them on the benefits of ingredients and the whys behind our menu items
- Look critically at the business and offer suggestions for new items and other business growth opportunities

**Marketing - Social Media, Website, Community Events (**_**Love’s & GymZone)**_
- Update and develop a user friendly website
- Do evidence-based research for social media content & blog
- Develop fresh topic ideas & content for social media outlets; facebook, instagram, blog
- Take pictures or create graphics related to your content
- Boost social media following on Facebook and Instagram through creative contests and follower engagement strategies
- Create educational handouts/posters about the benefits of our food and the importance of a nutrient-dense diet
- Promote and market our Corporate Catering packages to local businesses
- Promote and market our Birthday Party Catering packages to community
- Source, attend and host community events that fit within the vision

**Retail**
- Creatively source and stock GymZone/Love’s swag wear, gymnastics equipment, gym suits, etc. in the _Love’s _Market
- Track inventory and source new product before stock is gone
- Complete consignment reports on gym suits, shorts and scrunchies
