Description:
Prairie Co-op is looking for a full-time Project Specialist to join our Lumber Department in our Home Centre located in Melville, Saskatchewan.

**What you’ll do**:

- As the Project Specialist you will be responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards including:
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, or computer-aided drawings, and provide customers with estimates outlining the overall building material requirements
- Support the tendering process, providing quantities, costing/pricing, and descriptive information associated to the overall building project
- Provides estimates, consultation, and advice to customers for building projects by interpreting client input, documentation, specifications, and design drawings to determine the costing and selling price associated to the building materials and manufactured components of the project
- Maintain and develop relationships with current contractor clients and customers
- Other duties as assigned
