Maintenance Summer Student

**Summary of Duties**:
Under the direction of the manager/supervisor you will perform a variety of maintenance duties including grounds keeping, cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, minor repairs, preventative maintenance and other projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated ability to safely operate maintenance equipment (lawnmowers, weed trimmers)

Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete tasks

Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Computer skills including Microsoft Office

Valid Drivers Licence (must be able to work between both sites with own vehicle)
