**A typical day in this role might include**:

- Project managing programs from pre-sale opportunity to project implementation and operationalization
- Create and monitor project management plans, including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths
- Manage, monitor, and control project scope, budget and timelines through to execution
- Leading the project execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to complete deliverables within scope, schedule, and quality
- Leading project financial management requirements, including evaluation of change requests, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and project change notices.
- Supporting the client relationship management efforts by building a great relationship with our clients, becoming the client’s advocate within Bond, and delivering with excellence
- Establishing an effective and efficient communication plan that includes timely documentation of project status, risks, and solutions to both the clients and internal stakeholders
- Development of a quarterly project health overview with accomplishments and lessons learned
- Being a strategic partner by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance the projects
