Writing Estimates, which includes keeping accurate record of all work orders, including time spent and parts and supplies needed
- Answering phone, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs
- Maintain parts inventory
- Source parts as needed through our chain of suppliers
- Keep accurate records of POS receipts and accounts
- Majority of work performed indoors in a fully equipped office with own desk, computer, phone etc.
- Working outside may include boosting vehicles, shuttling customers to and from work/homes
- Work can be physically demanding, ie. Changing a tire on occasion, helping push a vehicle in the shop

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry/service writing
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills (customer service skills)
- Able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Organized and efficient
- Willing to work extra hours to get time sensitive jobs completed

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
