Overview:
We are seeking full-time metis students to join our team throughout the summer. Must have mmf card and registered in courses.

You will be responsible for various renovation tasks to enhance and improve properties while learning lifelong skills. If you have a passion for construction and renovation, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Perform construction painting, drywalling, mudding, caulking, and other renovation tasks as needed.
- Utilize carpentry skills for structural enhancements and repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment proficiently during renovation tasks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience is not necessary, but preferred.
- Must be hardworking and punctual.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete renovation projects efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all renovation tasks.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $17.77-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
