FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER

Join our team as a dynamic Front Desk Team Member, where every guest's journey begins with your welcoming smile

JOB DUTIES OF FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
- Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of Vine Ridge Resort, along with the surrounding area in order to assist in guest inquiries.
- Upon guest arrival, perform walk through of the cottage.
- Check in with guests to ensure all their questions are answered and that the accommodation meets their expectation.
- Answers telephone & in-person inquiries regarding reservations, resort information, sales information as well as owner and guest concerns.
- Contribute in maximizing store revenues
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Help resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Help execute kid’s activities and events
- Scoop ice cream
- Maintain and clean work area
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
- Ensures owner’s & guests’ safety by ensuring Covid-19 protocols are adhered to.
- Process and document owner payments as well as owner documents

QUALIFICATIONS
- Good knowledge of customer service
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
