- The Project Technology Specialist ensures the optimal functionality and support of project management tools by providing expert-level assistance to users, acting as a central point of contact for problem resolution, troubleshooting, guidance, and reporting. The role leads projects related to enhancements, reports, and cross-system integration through collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors. The Specialist engages in business analysis, research and development, and change management processes, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in project management tools and systems. Primary Duties include:

- Act as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the utilization of project management tools.
- Interface effectively with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical aspects.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting common technical issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Utilize PowerBI for reporting, create informative dashboards, and employ MQuery, and SQL for in-depth metrics analysis.
- Take ownership of the project lifecycle, from initiation, planning and execution, to completion. Their responsibilities include managing timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring budget and scope, mitigating issues, and monitoring progress.
- Communicate with clients and partners, providing regular updates on projects progress, and any changes to scope or timelines.
- Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to evaluate, implement and update software solutions to ensure seamless integration of technology.
- Play a vital role in change management processes, providing training sessions and managing User Acceptance Tests (scripts and management).
- Engage in research and development activities to explore and implement new tools, systems, and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in project management tools and systems.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Project Management tools and related project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with PowerBI for reporting, MQuery, and SQL will be considered an asset.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems professionally using strong project management skills.
