Downtown Coin Laundry is a self - service coin laundromat. This is a facility where clothes are washed and dried without much personalized professional help.

**About The Position**:
The laundromat attendant will be responsible for upkeeping the laundromat, opening and closing the facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will Confidently represent Downtown Laundromat
- Preform house keeping duties and take out trash
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work if needed
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery
- Handle emergency situations
- Monitor product inventory levels
- order materials, equipment and supplies
- Refilling detergent vending machines
- Cleaning of Location
- order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work related problems
- Follows safety procedures and company Policies
- Able to work alone and self motivated
- Follows proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the loacation is maintained daily.
- Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
- Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement.

**Skills**:

- Must be a team player.
- Availability for shift work alone or as part of a team any time between 8:00am to 11:30pm, Monday to Sunday
- Completion of First Aid course is an asset.
- Personal connection to the community is an asset
- The hourly wage for key Holders is $17- $18.50 per hour.
