Meat Cutter

Grillers Meats is looking for a full-time MeatCutter to be a key member of our retail store in Salmon Arm BC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Breakdown carcasses
- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and portion meat to specifications for orders
- Prepare sausages and meat deli products
- Follow PACS, CFIA, and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Clean tools, equipment, and work area to health and sanitation standards
- Ensure products meet quality standards

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Have respect for wholesome food productions and organic practices
- Speak, read, and write basic English
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards an asset
