**DEPARTMENT**: Operations

**LOCATION / REGION**: Kitimat, BC

**SCHEDULE**: 14 days on/7 days off, 10 hours/day

**REPORTS TO**:Project Controls Manager, LNG Canada

**KEY OBJECTIVES**:

- Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with Company values to achieve long-term success.
- Ensure performance is in line with relevant Altrad documents and procedures (to ensure we deliver upon minimum requirements to the highest standards).
- The Altrad brand and reputation are enhanced with an aim of being a “Supplier of Choice” for our Client.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Develop and maintain a detailed P6 schedule based on information provided by the workface planning and construction teams.
- Ensure that project schedule decisions can be made based upon accurate and timely schedule and progress performance information.
- Liaison with the Construction team, from a planning and commercial perspective, to ensure effective project management is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead regular planning review meetings with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure that the current plan is achievable.
- Generate required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Any other tasks as directed by the Project Controls Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum five years of proven experience in a similar role is essential.
- PMP designation is considered an asset.
- Sound knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry particularly within a Project environment.
- Sound knowledge of painting, insulation and fireproofing.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize your workload utilizing effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with a wide range of people.
- Proficient in the use of MS Suite.
