T. Kettle, a loose leaf tea store will be opening a kiosk for the holiday season at The Pen Centre, and we are looking for passionate, excited people to join our team as seasonal, Full-time or Part-time Teaologists

**The Teaologist**

Our Teaologists are responsible for:

- Providing premium customer service to T. Kettle patrons;
- Educating patrons on T. Kettle blends and guiding them through their tea experience;
- Completing operational tasks and duties; and
- Bringing a contagious passion for tea

- A contagious passion for tea;
- A friendly, outgoing, and open personality;
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others;
- Sales driven individual with past customer service experience in a retail or service environment; and
- The capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
