**Position Overview**:
As the Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscape maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. From lawn care and plant maintenance to irrigation management and pest control, you will play a key role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is performed accurately and according to schedule.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and mulching, to keep properties looking their best.
- Irrigation Management: Monitor irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and adjust watering schedules to optimize plant health and water efficiency.
- Plant Health Care: Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies in plants, and implement appropriate treatments to maintain plant health and vitality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair landscape maintenance equipment, ensuring that tools are in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to address any questions or concerns, provide updates on maintenance activities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Landscape industry certifications (e.g., Certified Landscape Technician) preferred but not required.

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
