Relevant du Responsable des Opérations Amérique, le RESPONSABLE MONDIAL CENTRE DE SERVICE SMARDT (CSS) sera en charge de diriger la croissance et les opération rentables de l'entreprise à l'échelle Mondiale

**CE RÔLE NÉCÉSSITE DES DÉPLACEMENTS EN AUSTRALIE, MELBOURNE ET SINGAPOUR.**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Responsable de l’exécution globale de la réparation des compresseurs des CSS.
- Élaborer et obtenir l’approbation du plan annuel de profit de l’entreprise.
- Élaborer la stratégie de croissance mondiale des CSS ainsi que la feuille de route de la mise en œuvre.
- Établir l’empreinte mondiale des CSS et conserver leur certification.
- Monter l’équipe d’exploitation des CSS à l’échelle mondiale.
- Établir un programme de formation, développer et certifier les techniciens de réparation de nos CSS.
- Coordonner l’évaluation des compresseurs et le calendrier de réparation avec les ventes et le service.
- Développer et coordonner le processus de réparation et l’acquisition de données.
- Établir des paramètres pour assurer des réparations efficaces et économiquement compétitives.
- Gérer les objectifs, les tâches et le calendrier de l’équipe.
- Capturer les commentaires VOC et leur efficacité et mettre en œuvre des projets d’améliorations continue.
- Gérer des projets spéciaux.
- Toutes autres tâches demandées par votre superviseur.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 et plus d’expérience dans la fabrication et le service.
- Expérience P&L.
- Chef de projet confirmé.
- Entretien et réparations des compresseurs Turbocor.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques.
- Bonne communication (français et anglais.
- Grande attention aux détails.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à s’adapter à un environnement hautement dynamique.
- Capacité à planifier et à prendre des décisions.Bon pouvoir de décision et de raisonnement.
- Capacité ç mener une équipe vers des résultats clés en déléguant les tâches de manières appropriées.
- Ingénierie des méthodes.

**EDUCATION**
- Études postsecondaires en mécanique, mécatronique ou autres études connexes.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Americas, the GLOBAL SMARDT SERVICE CENTER (SSC) MANAGER will be responsible to lead the global SSC business profitable growth and operations globally.

**THIS ROLE REQUIRES TRAVEL TO AUSTRALIA, MELBOURNE AND SINGAPOR.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for global SSC compressor repair execution.
- Develop the annual business profit plan and secure approval.
- Develop the global SSC growth strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Establish the SSC global footprint and retain certification.
- Build up SSC site operation team globally.
- Establish Training program, develop, and certify the SSC repair technicians.
- Coordinate compressor evaluation and repair schedule with Sales/Service.
- Develop and control the repair process and data acquisition.
- Establish metrics to ensure efficient, effective, and economically competitive repairs.
- Manage team objectives, tasks, and work schedule.
- Capture VOC feedback to measure effectiveness and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Manage special projects.
- Other duties as appropriate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of manufacturing & service-related experience.
- P&L experience.
- Proven project manage.
- Turbocor compressor service and repair.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (French/English) with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to plan and make decisions with good reasoning skills and sound judgement.
- Ability to drive a team towards objectives and key results by delegating tasks appropriately.

**EDUCATION**
- Post-secondary education in mechanical, mechatronic, or related studies.
