Are you a skilled and reliable driver with experience operating straight trucks? We are seeking a dedicated Straight Truck Driver to join our team at Garry Mercer Trucking Inc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a straight truck to transport goods to various destinations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Report any issues or incidents to the dispatcher or supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class G driver's license
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Previous experience as a Straight Truck Driver is preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy cargo as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
